RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization
General Information
At Broad Technologies Company LLC, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient process for handling product returns through our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) system. Please review the following guidelines carefully:
- Only products accepted for return by Hubbell or other represented manufacturers will be processed through the RMA system.
- Returns are authorized for products purchased within 30 days, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition.
- Ensure all original packaging, manuals, and forms are included in the return shipment.
- Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) from our Returns Department before returning any products. Products returned without an approved RA will not be eligible for credit.
- RA validity expires 30 days from the date of issuance.
- Clearly mark box count (1/3, 2/3, 3/3) on each shipping label.
- Avoid marking the original manufacturer carton or packaging.
- Return products in their original manufacturer’s packaging with all contents and original packaging materials intact.
- Customers are responsible for all return freight and associated fees, including those for special order items or drop-ships.
- In the event of receiving a damaged/defective item or an incorrect shipment, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Non-Defective Product Returns
Broad Technologies Company LLC does not accept returns for non-defective product orders.
